1.Sample
We provide free stocking sample, but if you need customize the goods, you should pay for the sample cost and the freight. And we charge for the sample cost before ordering, but the sample cost will not be refunded if the design is caused by the customers.
2.Samall quantities
We will still get the information back to you even though your quantities is samaller than our MOQ, and we will try our best to help you to get the goods as long as you send us an email.
3.Lead time
We will keep our promise to make sure the cargos can be arrived on time if it can be controlled.
4. Sample cost
The sample cost will be refund after order if the design without change, but we also accept that the design was changed before order, but the sample cost will not be refunded.
5.Policy for the cargos are not arrived on time
A. If the cargos were not arrrived on time because of the production, we will refund some money.
B. If the cargos were not arrived on time because the transportation was delayed, we will give you 2% cut off when you place an order next time.
C. If the cargos were not arrived on time because of the forwarder on the customer's side, we will send some presents when you place an order next time.
